Do what you love, they said
This is how I find freedom—by sensing the world beyond its surface. Breathing with my eyes, feeling with my whole skin, listening with my entire body. Letting my hands wander, as if they no longer belong to me, drawn by an insatiable need to touch, to explore, to connect.
Stones, wood, trees, grass. Aluminum, cardboard, paper, discarded fragments of a world both fragile and resilient—trash, cork, glass. These materials hold stories, echoes of what we consume, what we leave behind, what we overlook. Through them, I create. I photograph, write, shape, and express. Through words, images, and objects, I weave narratives that pause time, capturing thoughts and emotions before they slip away.
In German, Art means “way“— and this is what it is for me, a way of seeing, being, and coping. A way to navigate life.
Here, you’ll find reflections on our entanglement with nature, art born from discarded things, and explorations of how creativity can be emotionally sustainable. This space is for those who feel the weight of the world—and are searching for ways to hold it differently.
